Lord II-1.jpg

Lord T. Walthour II started his Martial Arts training 16 years ago. He is a Martial Arts professional and holds a black belt in Tae Kwon Do and is certified to teach both youths and adults. Lord is also a certified (RSO) NRA Range Safety Officer. Lord is passionate about helping students develop and learn self-defense skills that may one day save their life.  Effective real world self-defense not only includes the ability to avoid, deescalate and prevent violent interactions, but it must also include the ability to physically fight back and defend yourself against threatening people and situations.

You may decide that a gun is not right for your self-defense; however you must begin to take responsibility for you own personal safety and find ways to defend yourself.  Learn to fight with tactical pens, tactical flashlight, car keys and other self-defense tools. As most attackers will be bigger, stronger and more violent than you, it is important that you know how to employ modern self-defense weapons to level the playing field and multiply your defensive capabilities.

We will empower your with protection skills, by learning numerous blocking, kicking and striking techniques as well as releases from a variety of grabs and holds.  Self-defense isn’t a sport and there are no rules.  Violent criminals will use any means to get what they want. Over time you will gain the self confidence and peace of mind knowing how to defend yourself.
