Release from Liability Waiver
By purchasing these Training Services, the purchaser warrants and attests that they have the necessary training, certifications and/or authorizations to properly deploy and use these Services.
The purchaser also assumes any and all liability for events arising from their use of the services and will not hold any person or business associated with TCP Black Shield, nor the company of TCP Black Shield, civilly or criminally liable.
Payment Policy
100% of the tuition will be collected up-front. This allows TCP Black Shield to make all necessary logistical arrangements for the course.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
A student may cancel up to 5 calendar days in advance and will receive a 90% refund minus 10% processing fees we occur. To avoid the processing fee we do understand that emergencies happened and schedules change, we will offer no rescheduling fee to choose another training date that is available at our next training class of the same type. All cancellations received after 5 calendar days from the start date of the class are 100% nonrefundable.
Class Cancellation by TCP Black Shield
TCP Black Shield reserves the right to cancel the program with reasonable notice given or due to an emergency on our part with no notice given. All students who have not canceled voluntarily will receive a full refund or the student can choose to apply the fees towards another class. If the class has to be canceled due to lack of participants, it will be canceled at 5 days from the class date and all students who have not canceled voluntarily will receive a full refund.
By registering for a class, the participant agrees that in the event of a cancellation or otherwise, TCP Black Shield, will not be held legally nor financially responsible for any fees, non-refundable or other, related to airfares, other airfare penalties or other travel costs such as lodging, food or rental cars nor will they be responsible for lost wages due to time off from work.
